Cancellation Policy:

Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will process a refund for the remaining days of the subscription on a pro-rata basis. For example, if you have paid for one month and used the service for 15 days, we will refund the amount corresponding to the unused 15 days of the subscription.

Please note that the refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the initial subscription. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We value our customers’ satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free cancellation process while ensuring fair treatment for both parties. Refund Policy:

Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our car wash service, please inform us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will review your feedback and, if deemed appropriate, offer a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

Service Cancellation: For customers on a monthly subscription basis, if you choose to cancel the service before the end of the subscription period, we will refund the remaining days on a pro-rata basis. The refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In case we are unable to provide the scheduled car wash service due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or technical issues, we will reschedule the service at your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, we will process a full refund for the missed service within 7 business days.

Incorrect Payment: If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly for our car wash service, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, refund the overcharged amount within 7 business days.

No Refund in Certain Cases:

Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Failure to report dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion.
Use of promotional offers or discounts, as these are non-refundable.
Refunds for services rendered more than 24 hours ago will not be processed.
